Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. Site visits and written quotes are provided at no charge. For routine services, we can often quote based on photos and description.

What's your booking lead time?

For regular maintenance, we usually need 1-2 weeks notice. For larger projects, lead times vary depending on season and scope. Contact us for current availability.

Do you work in all weather?

We work in most conditions, but heavy rain or high winds may require rescheduling for safety or quality reasons. You'll always know in advance if weather affects your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and business cheques. Payment is due within 14 days of completion for one-off jobs. Regular clients can set up monthly direct debit.
