We got tired of seeing garden services that showed up late, charged for things that weren't discussed, or did the bare minimum because they were overbooked.
The industry had a reputation problem. Homeowners expected delays and didn't trust quotes. That's not how service work should be.
So in 2018, we started tangle-bubble with a deliberately small client base and a focus on doing what we said we'd do. No rapid expansion. No franchise model. Just consistent work with clear communication.
Scheduled visits happen when we said they would. If something forces a change, you'll know before we're supposed to be there.
The price we give you is the price you pay. No surprise additions unless you approve them first.
Cutting corners saves time once but creates problems for months. We'd rather take the time to do it right.
If we see a problem, we tell you. If timing needs to shift, you'll know. No disappearing after the quote.
We're a team of eight, with most having been with us for over three years. Everyone's qualified in horticulture or arboriculture, not just general landscaping.
You'll usually see the same people each visit, which means they learn what your garden needs and how you prefer things done. No explaining the same thing to different crew members every month.
For specialized work like tree surgery or landscape design, we have certified professionals who focus on those areas specifically.
We serve properties across Greater London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, and parts of Kent. Our service area is deliberately limited so we can maintain consistent quality and reliable scheduling.
If you're on the edge of our coverage area, it's worth asking. We occasionally take on clients slightly outside our usual range if the timing works.
